This journal, Journal of English Language Teaching Innovations and Materials (Jeltim), is a collaborative initiative between UPT Bahasa Universitas Tanjungpura and the English Language Teaching Materials (ELTeaM) association. It operates as an open access biannual journal under under a Creative Commons Attribution NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA).

Vision. By the end of 2025, Jeltim will become one of the world's leading academic journals that focuses on English language teaching research.

Mission. Jeltim is dedicated to advancing research in English language teaching, specifically within the domains of teaching/learning innovations and materials. It seeks to deliver high-quality, evidence-based papers catering to academics, researchers, teachers, and policymakers.

Goal. Jeltim aims to exert influence on academic and educational practices and foster discussions, providing a platform for the exchange of ideas. It encourages theoretical, empirical, and comparative research to address challenges in the field of English language teaching and learning.

Business. Jeltim globally disseminates authentic research on English Language Teaching (ELT) methodologies, curriculum, syllabus design, educational materials, media usage, computer-based innovations, internet-mediated interactions, and blended teaching and learning approaches. The journal welcomes studies conducted through various methodologies, including development, analysis, evaluation, experimentation, survey, correlation, case study, grounded research, and action research.
