UPAYA MENINGKATKAN PEMBELAJARAN TENIS MEJA MELALUI TEKNIK MEMEGANG BET PADA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract


Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui teknik memegang bet yang baik
dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran tenis meja pada siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 5
Singkawang Tengah. Metode penelitian menggunakan Penelitan Tindakan Kelas. Hasil
penelitian saat pra siklus, 3 siswa (12%) memperoleh ketuntasan dan 22 siswa ( 88%)
belum tuntas. Siklus I rata–rata meningkat 48 dimana 10 siswa (40%) memperoleh
ketuntasan dan 15 siswa (60%) belum tuntas. Nilai observasi aktivitas siswa 79% kategori
penilaian baik secara klasikal. Siklus II meningkat 80,4 dimana 18 siswa ( 72% )
memperoleh ketuntasan, 7 siswa (28%) belum tuntas dan nilai observasi aktivitas siswa
meningkat 91,66% kategori penilaian baik sekali. Siklus III meningkat 92 dimana semua
siswa sebanyak 25 (100%) memperoleh ketuntasan dan nilai observasi aktivitas siswa
meningkat 98% kategori penilaian sangat baik sekali. Disimpulkan bahwa modifikasi bet
menggunakan papan dapat meningkatkan keefektifan belajar siswa dalam permainan
tenis meja pada siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 5 Singkawang Tengah.

Absract: The purpose of the study was to determine the technique holds good bet that
table tennis can enhance learning in class V Singkawang Elementary School Middle
School 5. Research Methods Class Action research use. The results of the current study
pre-cycle, 3 students (12%) and 22 students gain mastery (88%) have not been
completed. I cycle on average increased 48 where 10 students (40%) and 15 students
gain mastery (60%) have not been completed. Value of 79% observation of student
activity in the classical category of good judgment. Cycle II increased 80.4 where 18
students (72%) gain mastery, 7 students (28%) have not been completed and the
student activity observed values increased 91.66% excellent rating category. Cycle III
increased 92 where all students by 25 (100%) gaining mastery and student activity
observed values increased 98% excellent rating category at all. It was concluded that the
modification bet using the board can increase the effectiveness of student learning in
the game of table tennis in grade IV Elementary School Middle Singkawang 5.
