PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN JIGSAW PADA ILMU PENGETAHUAN SOSIAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK

Abstract

Abstrak : Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, aktivitas peserta didik sangat berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar yang dicapai. Agar kegiatan pembelajaran berjalan aktiv, peneliti menggunakan model pembelajaran Jigsaw, yaitu melalui kelompok ahli peserta didik ikut berperan aktiv untuk menyampaikan materi yang diperolehnya kepada teman satu kelompok.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriftif, dengan bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas.Sesuai dengan jenis data yang dikumpulkan, maka teknik pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi langsung dan pengukuran. Adapun alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi aktivitas peserta didik, dan lembar observasi kinerja guru.

Dari hasil analisis data didapatkan bahwa Penggunaan model jigsaw dalam pembelajaran IPS di kelas IV SDN 06 Simpang Dua Ketapang dapat meningkatkan : ( a ) kemampuan guru dalam menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran yaitu Siklus I diperoleh hasil total skor 40, nilai rata-rata 2,86 dan persentase sebesar 71,43%. Siklus II meningkat menjadi skor total 46, rata-rata 3,29, dan persentase 82,14%, peningkatannya sebesar  9,71 %  ( b ) kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran yaitu siklus I diperoleh skor rata-rata 2,8 dan persentase yaitu 70%. Meningkat di siklus II yaitu skor rata-rata 3,8 dan persentase sebesar 95%, peningkatannya sebesar  25 % ( c ) aktivitas fisik peserta didik pada siklus I rata – rata 41, 67 % meningkat pada siklus II dengan rata – rata 52, 08 %, peningkatannya sebesar 10, 41 %. ( d ) aktivitas mental peserta didik pada siklus I rata – rata 39, 58 % meningkat pada siklus II dengan rata – rata 58, 33 %, peningkatan sebesar 18, 75 % dan ( e ) aktivitas emosional peserta didik  pada siklus I rata – rata 41, 67 % meningkat pada siklus II dengan rata – rata 56, 28 %, peningkatan sebesar 14, 61 %.

Abstract : In learning activities, the activities of the students were very influential towards learning outcomes achieved. Some learning activities run aktiv, researchers using the Jigsaw learning models, namely through a cluster of learners participating to aktiv to present materials obtained by a group of friends.

This study used a descriptive method, the form of action research kelas.Sesuai with the type of data collected, the data collection techniques used are direct observation and measurement techniques. The data collection tool used is the observation sheet activities of students, and teacher observation sheet performance.

From the analysis of the data showed that the use of models of the jigsaw in the fourth grade social studies learning in SDN 06 Intersection Two Ketapang can improve : ( a) the ability of the teacher in preparing lesson plan is the result of the first cycle obtained a total score of 40 , the average value of 2.86 and percentage of 71.43 % . Cycle II increased to a total score of 46 , an average of 3.29 , and the percentage of 82.14 % , the increase amounted to 9.71 % ( b ) the ability of teachers to implement the learning cycle that I obtained an average score of 2.8 , and the percentage that is 70 % . Increased in the second cycle is an average score of 3.8 and a percentage of 95 % , the increase amounted to 25 % ( c ) physical activity of students in the first cycle average - average 41 , 67 % increase in the second cycle with the average - average 52 , 08 % , the increase amounted to 10 , 41 % . ( e ) the mental activity of students in the first cycle average - average 39 , 58 % increase in the second cycle with the average - average 58 , 33 % , an increase of 18 , 75 % , and ( e ) emotional activity of students in the first cycle average - average 41 , 67 % increase in the second cycle with the average - average 56 , 28 % , an increase of 14 , 61 % .
