PENGARUH LATIHAN MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA TARGET TERHADAP KETEPATAN HASIL SHOOTING SEPAKBOLA

Abstract

 This research aims to determine the effect of target media modification on the accuracy of football shooting results, using an experimental method with the design of "One Group Pretest-Posttest Design". The population in this study were participants in football extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 5 Sungai Raya, totaling 20 students. Samples taken using saturated sampling techniques. The instrument used for the accuracy of the shooting test is the shooting test on the goal. Data analysis using t-test. Analysis of the prerequisite test carried out normality test and homogeneity test. The results of this study concluded that there was the effect of target media modification on the accuracy of football shooting results, with tcount (8.1)> ttable (1.729), meaning that there was an effect of training using target media on the accuracy of soccer shooting results with a percentage increase of 39.11%.
