PENGARUH BRAINSTORMING TERHADAP PEROLEHAN BELAJAR ILMU PENGETAHUAN SOSIAL PESERTA DIDIK DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether there was any influence of brainstorming on the participants of Social Sciences learning participants in class V of the public elementary school 09 Sungai Jaga. The method used is quantitative methods. The form of Pre-Experimental Design research with the One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. The sample of this study was 22 students. Data collection techniques used are measurements. Data collection tools used were tests with multiple choice forms totaling 55 questions. After conducting learning using brainstorming in Class V at 09 Negeri Sungai Jaga Elementary School, obtained social studies learning outcomes for students with an average free-test of 65.70 and post-test 75.37. After doing the t test analysis, obtained t count of 6.421 with db = 22 -1 = 21 with a significant level (α) = 5% obtained t table of 1.725. Because thitung is 6.421 abel t table of 1.697, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted. So it was concluded that there was an effect of brainstorming on social studies learning achievement of students in grade V at the elementary school of 09 Sungai Jaga. From the results of the effect size calculation (ES) obtained ES of 0.88 (high criteria).
