PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS PEMBELAJARAN IPS MENGGUNAKAN METODE DEMONSTRASI
Abstract
Abstrak: Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah usaha untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar peserta didik menggunakan metode Demonstrasi di kelas 1V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 08 Sungai Kakap. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, bentuknya Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, dan sifat penelitian bersifat kolaboratif. Subjek penelitian guru, dan peserta didik kelas 1V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 08 Sungai Kakap yang berjumlah 28 orang. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi langsung dan alat pengumpul data yang digunakan berupa pedoman observasi. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan dari observasi yang dilakukan menggunakan metode Demonstrasi untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar peserta didik. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut, secara umum penggunaan metode Demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar peserta didik di kelas 1V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 08 Sungai Kakap. Dengan demikian metode Demonstrasi dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar peserta didik.

Abstract: The problem of this study is an attempt to improve the learners' learning activities by using the Demonstration Method in class IV of Public Elementary School Number 08 Sungai Kakap. This research method is descriptive, in the form of Classroom Action Research, and nature of the research is collaborative. This research subjects were teachers, and class I students of Public Elementary School Number 08 Sungai Kakap, amounted to 28 people. The research technique used was direct observation technique and data collection tool used was the observation guidelines. The result of the research based on the observation by using Demostration method to improve students learning activities. Based on this description, generally, the use of Demonstration method can improve learners' learning activities in class IV of Public Elementary School Number 08 Sungai Kakap. Thus, Demonstration can be used to improve the learners' learning activities.
