PENGGUNAAN TEKNIK JIGSAW UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPS DI KELAS VI SDN 01 PEMUAR BELIMBING

Abstract

Abstract : Using Jigsaw Technique To Improve Learning Outcomes in Social Studies Lesson In Class VI SDN 01 Pemuar Belimbing. Thesis Program Elementary School Teacher Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education University Tanjungpura Pontianak. This study was conducted at SDN 01 Pemuar leatherback school year 2011/2012 with 36 students consisting of 19 male students and 17 female students were conducted in two cycles, with each cycle of three meetings, the two face to face meetings and one evaluation meetings. Before the students held class actions seem not active in group discussions and student learning outcomes are low where as many as 15 students (41.7%) were carried out thoroughly. Having conducted action research premises apparently the result of one cycle bealjar students has increased less than satisfactory, with the first cycle seen as many as 25 students that scored ? 65 (69.4%). For the second cycle improving student learning outcomes in the teaching-learning process is quite significant because at this cycle as many as 29 students who scored ? 65 (80.6%). With a 75% performance indicators, the class action learning model Jigsaw cooperative learning techniques can improve student learning outcomes in the sixth grade at SDN 01 Pemuar leatherback social studies.

Abstrak : Penggunaan Teknik Jigsaw Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Dalam Pembelajaran IPS Di Kelas VI SDN 01 Pemuar Belimbing. Skripsi Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 01 Pemuar Belimbing tahun ajaran 2011/2012 dengan jumlah 36 siswa yang terdiri dari 19 siswa laki-laki dan 17 siswa perempuan yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan tiga kali pertemuan tiap siklusnya, yaitu dua kali pertemuan tatap muka dan satu kali pertemuan evaluasi. Sebelum dilaksanakan tindakan kelas siswa kelihatan tidak aktif dalam kegiatan diskusi kelompok dan hasil belajar siswa masih rendah dimana sebanyak 15 siswa (41,7%) yang dilakukan tuntas. Setelah penelitian tindakan dilaksanakan denga satu siklus ternyata hasil bealjar siswa mengalami peningkatan yang kurang memuaskan, dimana pada siklus I terlihat sebanyak 25 siswa yang mendapatkan nilai ? 65 (69,4%). Untuk siklus II peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar cukup berarti karena pada siklus ini sebanyak 29 siswa yang mendapat nilai ? 65 (80,6%). Dengan indikator kinerja 75%, maka tindakan kelas dengan model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning teknik Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada kelas VI SDN 01 Pemuar Belimbing pada mata pelajaran IPS.
