HUBUNGAN KEPEMIMPINAN DAN DISIPLIN KERJA KEPALA SEKOLAH DENGAN KINERJA WALI KELAS SMP NEGERI

Abstract

Hubungan Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Kerja Kepala Sekolah dengan Kinerja Wali Kelas SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Delta Pawan Kabipaten Ketapang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X₁), disiplin kerja kepala sekolah (X₂) baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja wali kelas (Y). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Ex Post Facto, dengan tingkat eksplanasinya penelitian asosiatif dengan mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa: (1) terdapat korelasi positif dan signifikan antara (X₁) dengan (Y) sebesar (rX₁Y=0,395), (2) terdapat korelasi positif dan signifikan antara (X₂) dengan (Y) sebesar (rX₂Y=0,363 ), (3) terdapat korelasi positif dan signifikan antara (X₁) dan (X₂) secara bersama-sama dengan (Y) sebesar (RX₁X₂Y= 0, 473) , (4) kontribusi X₁ terhadap (Y) sebesar 12,43%, sisanya 87,58% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain, (5) kontribusi X₂ terhadap (Y) sebesar 21,98%, sisanya 78,02% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain, (6) kontribusi X₁ dan X₂ dengan (Y) secara besama-sama sebesar 50,95% sisanya 49,05% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hal ini berarti kepemimpinan dan disiplin kepala sekolah memiliki korelasi positif terhadap kinerja wali kelas di SMP Negeri Kabupatan Ketapang.

Abstract: Relationships Leadership and Discipline Working with the Principal Mayor Performance Class Delta Junior High School in District Pawan Kabipaten Ketapang. This study aims to determine the relationship between principal leadership (X1), labor discipline principals (X2) either partially or in conjunction with the performance of the guardian class (Y). The method used is the Ex Post Facto, the level eksplanasinya associative research by using a quantitative approach. The results showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant correlation between (X1) and (Y) equal to (rX1Y = 0.395), (2) there is a positive and significant correlation between (X2) and (Y) equal to (rX2Y = 0.363 ), (3) there is a positive and significant correlation between (X1) and (X2) together with (Y) equal to (RX1X2Y = 0, 473), (4) contribution to X1 (Y) of 12.43%, the remaining 87.58% is influenced by other variables, (5) contribution to the X2 (Y) of 21.98%, the remaining 78.02% is influenced by other variables, (6) the contribution of X1 and X2 with (Y) is besama together 50.95% of the remaining 49.05% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. This means that leadership and discipline of the school principal has a positive correlation to performance in junior high school homeroom Kabupaten Ketapang.
