PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN DAN LATIHAN PROFESI GURU (PLPG) DAN KINERJA GURU RUMPUN EKONOMI TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA SMP, SMA, SMK NEGERI ENTIKONG DI KABUPATEN SANGGAU

Abstract


Abstrak :Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pendidikan dan latihan profesi guru (PLPG) dan kinerja guru rumpun ekonomiterhadap prestasi belajar siswa di  SMP, SMA, SMK Negeri Entikong Di Kabupaten Sanggau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan bentuk penelitian explanatory research. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik komunikasi tidak langsung dan teknik dokumenter. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan Regresi Linier Berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  bahwa ada pengaruh simultan dapat dilihat dari adjusted R-Square diperoleh sebesar 0,909 dan 0,914 % yang berarti kontribusi profesi guru (PLPG) dan kinerja guru rumpun ekonomiterhadap hasil  belajar siswa sebesar 90,90 % dan 91,40 %,Nilai kooefisien regresi parsial yaitu kinerja guru rumpun ekonomi sebesar 0,445 yang berarti bahwa kontribusi yang diberikan oleh kinerja guru rumpun ekonomi terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 40,45 %.

Abstract:The purpose of this to know the influence of the education and training of the teaching profession (PLPG) and teacher performance clumps economy on student achievement in SMP,SMA, SMK Entikong In Sanggau. The method used is survey method with the form of explanatory research. Data collection techniques used were indirect communication techniques and documentary techniques. Data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression.The result showed that  there is a simultaneous effect can be seen from the adjusted R-Square obtained at 0.909 and 0.914 %, which means the contribution of the teaching profession (PLPG) and teacher performance clumps economy on student achievement by 90.90 percent and 91.40 %,Kooefisien value of partial regression namely economic performance of teachers clumps 0,445, which means that the contributions made by economic clump teacher performance on the learning achievement of 40.45 %.
