Abstract


In general,the core purpose of the company there are3 that profit, growth, and survival. One way to achieve these goals is the company's attemptt ocapturea large market share for the company's future better. There forePT. Tiens international company as a company engaged in the field of health food should be able to see the problems being faced in terms of product, price, distribution, and promotion.

In this study, using descriptive variable that aims to determinethe response of consumersis directly related to the marketing mix (BauranPemasaran), which consists of the 4Ps, namely, feedback on products, feedback on the price, on the distribution of responses, and the responses of the promotions used by companies. In general,most customers will be satisfied us ability, product quality and price, but the companyis expected to adjust the way the product distribution and promotion company that used to be able to realize the core objective soft he company in accordance with the slogan.
