OPTIMISM Journal of Management Business Entrepreneurship and Organization is a peer-reviewed academic journal and open-access published by the faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Tanjungpura. OPTIMISM focuses on management, business, entrepreneurship, and organization which is for academics, practitioners, and other related parties to enrich science and technology by research. OPTIMISM publishes biannually (on March and September) writtenin English or Bahasa Indonesia. For research papers, OPTIMISM accepts wide ranging methodologies (quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods).
