Focus and Scope

Nestor: Tanjungpura Journal Law  (Nestor: TJL) adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Magister Hukum, Fakultas Hukum Universitas Tanjungpura. 

Nestor: TJL menggantikan journal Nestor sebagai wadah publikasi bagi mahasiswa, akademisi maupun praktisi. 

Terbitan Nestor dimulai pada tahun 2022 dengan frekuensi penerbitan dua kali dalam satu tahun (Juni, Desember). Jurnal ini adalah media komunikasi dan pengembangan ilmu. Redaksi menerima naskah artikel laporan hasil penelitian dari mahasiswa, akademisi maupun praktisi, sepanjang relevan dengan misi redaksi.

Peer Review Process

Editor in Chief will assign the manuscript to Managing Editor for further handling. The Managing Editor will request at least two scientists to review the research article manuscript. All manuscripts are subject to double-blind peer-review, both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process to meet standards of academic excellence. 

 

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
