Identifikasi Molekuler Berbasis 16s rDNA Bakteri Biopigmen yang Berasosiasi dengan Anemon Sp.
Abstract
Bakteri Merah dan Kuning yang berasosiasi dengan anemone laut yang berasal dari bandengan Jepara, Jawa Tengah menunjukkan ekpressi gen biopigmen pada media Zobell. Setelah dilakukan proses ekstraksi pigmen pada koloni bakteri tersebut diikuti dengan analisa spektrofotometer ultraviolet tampak diketahui jenisnya adalah karotenoid. Dua bakteri tersebut telah berhasil dimassmulturkan dalam media Zobell cair sehingga menjajikan dalam restocking. Identifikasi molekuler bakteri tersebut menggunakan polymerase chain reaction (PCR) dengan primer 16s rDNA.
