Mengembangkan Sikap Toleransi dan Kebersamaan di Kalangan Siswa
Abstract
Toleransi sesungguhnya berkembang dalam kerangka adanya keberagaman dalam berbagai dimensi kehidupan, sehingga akan dapat terwujud keserasian dan keharmonisan hidup, jauh dari konflik-konflik dan ketegangan-ketegangan sosial, lebih-lebih lagi pertentangan dan permusuhan antar sesamanya dalam masyarakat. Tulisan ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pentingya pengembangan sikap toleransi dan kebersamaan melalui rekayasa paedagogis guru dalam latar masyarakat majemuk. Kamajemukan ini juga terjadi dalam seting atau lingkungan sekolah, di mana di dalamnya siswa saling berinteraksi, saling belajar menghargai perbedaan serta saling menerima sesuatu karakteristik tertentu yang mungkin pada lingkungannya tidak pernah dia temui.

Abstract: Tolerance actually developed in the framework of the diversity in the various dimensions of life, so it will be realized harmony and harmony of life, far from the conflicts and social tensions, even more conflict and hostility between each other in society. This paper aims to describe the importance of the development of tolerance and togetherness through paedagogis engineering background of teachers in a plural society. Kamajemukan also occurs in the setting or the school environment, in which students interact with each other, learn from each other to appreciate the differences and mutually accept certain characteristics that might be something in the environment he's never met.
