Analisis Kebutuhan Pengguna Learning Management System Terhadap Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh Menggunakan Metode User Persona
Abstract
Learning Management System merupakan sebuah perangkat lunak yang khusus dirancang guna untuk melakukan distribusi, membuat, dan melakukan pengaturan terhadap konten pembelajaran. Dalam penggunaan perangkat lunak terdapat kemungkinan dari requirement defect pada sistem. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa kebutuhan dari stakeholder yang berkaitan dengan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Dengan hasil akhir berupa mockup yang dapat membantu stakeholder, yaitu mahasiswa dan dosen untuk melakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode user persona untuk memenuhi elisitasi kebutuhan stakeholder yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh. Dengan mengidentifikasi fitur yang dibutuhkan dalam LMS UMM untuk mendukung pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menghasilkan hasil akhir berupa mockup dengan hasil presentase validasi yang cukup besar di tingkat “efektif” dan “cukup efektif” dari beberapa value yang menjadi pilihan responden “efektif”, “cukup efektif”, “kurang efektif”, dan “tidak efektif” dalam penggunaan LMS untuk distance learning. dengan demikian didapatkan hasil akhir berupa mockup dengan fitur yang memenuhi kebutuhan stakeholder dalam menunjang distance learning
