Information For Authors

Jurnal Teknik Sipil (JTS) ISSN: p.1412-3576 e. 2621-8429 is a journal published by the Department of Civil Engineering, Universitas Tanjungpura (UNTAN), Pontianak, West Kalimantan, Indonesia.

This journal publishes the results of research, studies, concepts, and policies in the field of civil engineering that has never been published, through a peer review process by reliable reviewers in the related field  with national and international reputation. 

Based on the Decree of the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology (DGHERT) of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (MOECRT) of the Republic of Indonesia Number 177/e/kpt/2024, 30 August 2024, Regarding the Accreditation Rating of Scientific Journals for Period II of 2024, JTS was upgraded from Sinta 5 (S5) to Sinta 4 (S4), starting from the June Edition of 2022 until November 2026

We cordially invite academics, researchers, students, practitioners, stakeholders, or anyone to publish your work in JTS, where JTS will publish four times a year, in stages each year depending on the results of the review and eligibility of articles considered by the editorial board, namely in the February Edition, which will be published between 28 February-27 May; May Edition (28 May-27 August); August Edition (28 August-27 November); November Edition (28 November-27 February) each year.

Manuscripts must be submitted to https://jurnal.untan.ac.id/index.php/jtsuntan no later than 27 January, for the February Edition; 27 April, for the May Edition; 27 July for the August Edition; 27 October for the November Edition, but the editorial board can publish articles that are considered good even if the submission is outside the existing conditions. Selected manuscripts will be published after going through the review and revision process.
