Abstract

At this time almost all industrial factories that produce a product use rotating machines, from large industries to small industries. When the machine is rotated, vibration occurs and if the vibration exceeds the maximum vibration limit that can be received by the machine, it can cause engine components or parts to become damaged, loose, unbalanced, etc. To prevent the engine from vibrating beyond the maximum limit, it will be detected using a vibration sensor. The vibration sensor in this study uses the ADXL345 sensor. This study aims to design an arduino nano-based MEMS accelerometer sensor ADXL345 to be used as a vibration measuring instrument. This research uses research and development methods, and the machine testing this vibration measuring instrument uses a mini (Custom) CNC machine. From this research, the design of the ADXL345 sensor based on arduino nano and can read vibrations well.
