PRA-RANCANGAN PABRIK COKLAT BUBUK DARI BIJI KAKAO KAPASITAS 10.000 TON/TAHUN

Abstract


Coklat bubuk sebagai produk industri pangan merupakan salah satu sektor penopang pertumbuhan manufaktur dan ekonomi nasional di Indonesia. Pabrik coklat bubuk kapasitas 10.000 ton/tahun direncanakan beroperasi selama 24 jam per hari dan 330 hari per tahun dengan proses produksi menggunakan ekstraksi mekanis yang bertujuan memenuhi 82,15% kebutuhan coklat bubuk untuk konsumsi rumah tangga di Indonesia pada 2025. Bahan baku yang dibutuhkan adalah biji kakao sebanyak 2.615,66 kg/jam dan K2CO3 sebanyak 56,9 kg/jam. Produk samping yang dihasilkan adalah cocoa fat sebanyak 8.274,66 ton/tahun. Pabrik direncanakan didirikan di Desa Jungkat, Kecamatan Siantan, Kabupaten Mempawah dengan jumlah karyawan 140 orang. Evaluasi ekonomi menunjukkan bahwa pabrik ini membutuhkan biaya investasi total sebesar Rp 382.514.117.405 dengan arus kas setelah pajak sebesar Rp 227.603.544.071/tahun. Analisis profitabilitas menghasilkan Return on Investment sebesar 59,5%, Payout Period selama 1,42 tahun, Profit Margin on Sales sebesar 11,71%, Discounted Cash Flow Rate of Return sebesar 59,33%, Net Present Worth sebesar Rp 103.537.623, dan Break-Even Point sebesar 38,34%. Berdasarkan data-data tersebut maka disimpulkan bahwa Pabrik Coklat Bubuk dari Biji Kakao Kapasitas 10.000 Ton/Tahun layak didirikan
