PADA TANAH PODSOLIK MERAH KUNING

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dosis limbah sludge kelapa sawit terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah di tanah Podsolik Merah Kuning. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lahan percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak yang berlangsung 24 Juli 2017 sampai tanggal 23 September 2017. Metode yang digunakan adalah Percobaan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan, 5 ulangan, dan 3 tanaman sampel. Pemberian limbah sludge kelapa sawit yaitu s1 6% (setara dengan 655 g/polibag ), s28% (setara dengan 887 g/polibag),s3 10% (setara dengan 1.104 g/polibag), s4 12% (setara dengan 1.309 g/polibag), dan s5 14% (setara dengan 1.502 g/polibag). Pengamatan yang dilakukan yaitu jumlah daun, jumlah anakan, berat segar umbi, dan berat kering umbi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian limbah sludge kelapa sawit berpengaruh nyata terhadap variabel berat segar umbi dan berat kering umbi namun berpengaruh tidak nyata pada variabel pengamatan jumlah daun dan jumlah anakan perumpun. Berdasarkan hasil selama penelitian dapat di simpulkan bahwa pemberian limbah sludge kelapa sawit sebanyak 8% merupakan perlakuan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan berat kering angin umbi sebanyak 4,81 ton/ha.

This study aims to determine the dosage of palm sludge waste to the growth and yield of onion crops in ultisol soil This research was conducted on experimental farm Faculty Of Tanjungpura Pontianak University which took place July 24, 2017 until 23 September 2017 The method used is Completely Randomized Design Trial (RAL) consisting of 5 treatments, 5 replications, and 3 sample plants. Sludge oil palm waste is s1 6% (equivalent to 655 g / polybag), s2 8% (equivalent to 887 g / polybag), s3 10% (equivalent to 1.104 g / polybag), s4 12% (equivalent to 1,309 g / polybags), and s5 14% (equivalent to 1.502 g / polybags). Observations made were number of leaf, number of tillers, fresh weight of tubers, and dry weight of tubers The result of this research showed that the effluent of oil palm sludge had significant effect to the fresh weight and tuber weight, but it was not significant in the observation variable of the number of leaves and the number of tillers. Based on the results during the research can be concluded that the provision of waste oil palm sludge as much as 8% is an effective treatment in increasing the dry weight of tuber bulbs as much as 4.81 tons / ha.
