MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN LARI 40 METER MELALUI METODE BERMAIN SISWA SEKOLAH KELAS V SDN 04 NANGA PINOH
Abstract
Abstrak: Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimanakah peningkatan kemampuan Pembelajaran lari 40 meter Dengan Menggunakan Metode bermain pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri 04 Nanga Pinoh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui adanya peningkatan Kemampuan Pembelajaran lari 40 meter Dengan Menggunakan Metode bermain Pada Siswa Kelas V SDN 04 Nanga Pinoh. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri 04 Nanga Pinoh sebanyak 20 siswa, pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling, yang artinya pengambilan sampel dengan diambil semua, dengan jumlah sampel 20 siswa. Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan tes proses pelaksanaan lari 40 meter yaitu penilaian pada aspek dalam melakukan gerakan pembelajaran lari 40 meter. Analisis data menggunakan rumus presentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Penerapan Metode Metode bermain terbukti dapat meningkatkan kemampuan Pembelajaran lari 40 meter.
