HUBUNGAN SUPERVISI AKADEMIK DAN KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL DENGAN ETOS KERJA GURU PADA SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI

Abstract


Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  ada tidaknya hubungan yang signifikan antara supervisi akademik ( X1 ) dan komunikasi interpersonal ( X2 )  baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama dengan etos kerja guru( Y ) . Penelitian ini berbentuk kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif menggunakan rancangan studi korelasional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Delta Pawan Kabupaten Ketapang dengan menyebarkan angket terhadap 98 orang guru sebagai sampel.Hasil analisis korelasi parsial ditemukan bahwa: (1) terdapat korelasi positif dan signifikan antara supervisi akademik ( X1 ) dengan  etos kerja guru(Y) sebesar ( r X1Y = 0,427 ). (2) terdapat korelasi positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal( X2) dengan etos kerja guru(Y )sebesar ( r X2Y ) = 0,432 ), (3) terdapat korelasi positif dan signifikan antara (X1) dan (X2) secara bersama-sama dengan dengan (Y) sebesar ( rX1X2Y =0,475 ), (4) Kontribusi (X1) terhadap (Y) sebesar 18,23%, sisanya 81,77% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain, (5) Kontribusi (X2) terhadap (Y) sebesar 18,66%, sisanya 81,34% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract: This research aims at identifying whether there is a significant relationship between the academic supervision (X1) and the interpersonal communication (X2) with the teacher work performance (Y). This is a quantitative research with descriptivie methods using a correlational study plan.  This research was conducted at the public schools in Delta Pawan area, Ketapang Regency using questionnaires with 98 teachers as samples.The analysis of the partial correlation resulted in the followings: (1) there is a positive and significant correlation between (X1) with (Y) as much as (rX1Y = 0.427),  (2) there is a positive and significant correlation between (X2) with (Y) as much as (rX2Y = 0.432),  (3) there is a positive and significant correlation between (X1) and (X2) together with (Y) as much as (rX1X2Y = 0.475),  (4) (X1) contribution to (Y) is 18,23% and the rest 81,77% is under influence of other variables, (5) (X2) contribution to (Y) is 18,66% and the rest 81.34% is under theinfluence of other variables which are not covered in this research.
