HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI DENGAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN SOSIOLOGI DI KELAS XI IPS SMA KEMALA BHAYANGKARI 1
Abstract
Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah motivasi berhubungan dengan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Sosiologi di kelas XI IPS SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Sebanyak 64 siswa dipilih secara acak sebagai responden dan diminta untuk mengisi 20 item angket yang mengungkap motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik siswa dalam pembelajaran sosiologi. Selanjutnya skor hasil angket tiap siswa dikorelasikan dengan skor hasil belajar sosiologi. Hasil pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi Product moment dapat ditarik kesimpulan umum bahwa terdapat hubungan motivasi dengan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Sosiologi di kelas XI IPS SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Kabupaten Kubu Raya yang tergolong sedang( rhitung = 0,5210 dan rtabel = 0,244). Siswa diharapkan meningkatkan motivasi belajar terutama motivasi belajar instrinsik untuk memperoleh hasil belajar yang lebih tinggi.

Abstract: The problem in this research is whether the motivation is related to students learning outcomes in Sociology subjects in class XI IPS 1 SMA Kemala Bhayangkari Kubu Raya district. A total of 64 students were randomly selected for the research and asked to complete a 20 item questionnaire that reveals the intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in learning sociology. Furthermore, the results of the questionnaire scores were correlated with scores for each student learning outcomes sociology. The results of the processing and data analysis techniques Product Moment correlation general conclusion can be drawn that there is a motivation to the students learning outcomes in Sociology subjects in class XI IPS 1 SMA Kemala Bhayangkari Kubu Raya district that are categorized as medium ( raccount = 0,5210 and rtable = 0,244). Students are expected to enhance learning motivation, especially intrinsic motivation to obtain higher learning outcomes.
