PENERAPAN METODE PROBLEM SOLVING DALAM MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA MATA PELAJARAN EKONOMI

Abstract


Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakkan kelas (PTK). Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah penyajian data, triangulasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan Penelitian tindakan kelas ini direncanakan dilakukan dalam beberapa siklus, dengan prosedur perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Secara umum kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas X2 setelah menggunakan metode problem solving mengalami peningkatan dari prasiklus (33,72%) meningkat pada siklus I (55,68%) dan meningkat kembali pada siklus II (79,96). Adapun Hasil belajar siswa mulai dari sebelum tindakan dilakukan sampai siklus 2 juga mengalami peningkatan. Persentase Hasil Belajar. Persentase hasil belajar siswa pada prasiklus sebesar 62,24 meningkat pada siklus I sebesar 69,34 dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi sebesar 77,24. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode problem solving dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di kelas X2  SMA Negeri 1 Ledo Kabupaten Bengkayang.

Abstract: This study uses research methods class tindakkan (PTK). The data analysis technique used is the presentation of data, triangulation, and conclusion of this planned action research conducted in several cycles, the procedures of planning, action, observation and reflection. In general, students' critical thinking skills X2 class after using the methods of problem solving has increased from prasiklus (33.72%) increased in the first cycle (55.68%) and increased again in the second cycle (79.96). The learning outcomes of students from before the action is carried out until the cycle 2 also increased. Percentage of Learning. Based on the above, it can be concluded that the application of problem solving methods can improve students' critical thinking skills on economic subjects in class X2 SMA Negeri 1 Ledo Bengkayang.
