PENINGKATAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR ILMU PENGETAHUAN SOSIAL MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STAD

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar IPS di kelas V SD Swasta Kartika V-8 Pontianak Kota. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitiannya adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian peningkatan perencanaan pembelajaran guru pada siklus I 4,37 kemudian mengalami peningkatan di siklus II yaitu 4,75. Sedangkan pada proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran guru di siklus I 3,57 kemudian mengalami peningkatan sebesar 4,03 pada siklus II, dan persentase tingkat motivasi intrinsik siswa pada siklus I sebesar 48,57 %, siklus II menjadi 72,86 % dan mengalami perubahan sebesar 24,29 %. Sedangkan persentase tingkat motivasi ekstrinsik siswa pada siklus I 80 % di siklus II menjadi 90,86 % dan mengalami perubahan sebesar 10,86 %.

Abstract: This research aims to improve the motivation of studying IPS in class V SD Private Kartika V-8 City of Pontianak. The method used is descriptive method with the form of his research is the research action class. Based on the results of the research on teacher's increased learning planning cycle I of then are on 4,37 the increase in cycle II, 4,75. While in the process of implementation of the teacher in the learning cycle I 3,57 then experienced an increase of 4,03 in cycle II, and the percentage level of intrinsic motivation of students in cycle I of 48,57%, cycle II became 72,86% and experienced a change of 24,29%. While the percentage of extrinsic motivation level students in cycle I, 80% in cycle II became 90,86% and experienced a change of 10.86%.
