PENGARUH EQ TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN SISTEM AKUNTANSI SMKN 3 PONTIANAK

Abstract


Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh emotional quotient (EQ) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sistem akuntansi kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 60 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa emotional quotient (EQ) memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sistem akuntansi kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak. Hal ini dilihat dari t hitung > t tabel (3,651>2,0017) yang menyatakan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Perhitungan regresi linear sederhana diperoleh persamaan Y=0.909+0.704X. Koefisien determinasi (R2) pada penelitian ini menunjukkan kontribusi pengaruh X terhadap variabel Y sebesar 18,7%.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of emotional quotient (EQ​​) to the learning outcomes of students in the subjects accounting system of class XI Accounting  SMK Negeri 3 of Pontianak. The method used is descriptive method with the form of research studies the relationship. Sample size was 60 students. The results showed that the emotional quotient ( EQ ​​) has an influence on student learning outcomes in subjects accounting system of class XI Accounting  SMK Negeri 3 of Pontianak. It is seen from t count > t table (3,651 > 2.0017) the which states that Ha accepted and Ho rejected. Simple linear regression calculation obtained Y=0909+0.704X. The coefficient of determination (R2) was showed that the contribution of the effect of X to the variable Y by 18.7 %.
