PENGELOLAAN KOPERASI DI SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI 12 PONTIANAK TIMUR

Abstract


Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan koperasi sekolah di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 12 Pontianak Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh pengurus dan anggota koperasi Sekolah di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 12 Pontianak Timur yang berjumlah 23 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Koperasi Sekolah Dasar Negeri 12 Pontianak belum memenuhi syarat untuk disebut koperasi dan hanya berupa usaha bersama/kerjasama antar guru-guru, pengelolaan koperasi belum sesuai dengan ketentuan berdirinya suatu usaha koperasi, jenis usaha yang dikelola adalah unit kantin yang menjual alat tulis untuk siswa dan kantor, pengurus memiliki rencana mengembangkan unit usaha baru yang berupa unit simpan pinjam, pembagian sisa hasil usaha telah dilakukan, hanya saja belum berbasis aktivitas.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the cooperative management of the school in State Elementary School 12 East Pontianak. The method used is descriptive method with qualitative approach. The population of this study is entire board and members of the cooperative in the State Primary School School 12 East Pontianak, amounting to 23 people. The results showed that the Cooperative State Elementary School 12 Pontianak not qualify to be called cooperative, only in the form the cooperative and joint venture/collaboration among teachers, the cooperative management is not in accordance with the provisions of the establishment of a the cooperative effort, the type of business which are managed by the unit canteen that sells stationery for students and office, the board has plans to develop a new business unit in the form of savings and loan, distribution of net income has been done, it's just not based activity.
