Abstract

Abstract: The aims of this research are to find out the difference of the students’ learning outcomes of eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak on the solubility product subtances material between a class who were taught using Flash media and a class who were taught without using Flash media, to find out the influence of the use of Flash media, and to know the responses from the experiment group and control group. The research applied quasi experiment design with “Nonequivalent Control Group Design”. The samples were selected by means of Saturated Sampling technique. The result of the posttest showed that the Asymp.Sig(2-tailed) value is 0,009 < α = 0,05, which means that there was significant differences of the students’ learning outcomes between the experiment group and the control group in solubility product subtances material. The effect size value is 0,79 which categorized as moderate level. It gave 28,52% of influence toward students’ learning outcomes. The persentage of the students’ responses to the learning activity using Flash media is about 83,47% which categorized very high.
