PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN GROUP INVESTIGATION TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN PROSES SAINS PADA MATERI KOLOID DI SMA
Abstract
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan keterampilan proses sains pada materi koloid siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak sebelum dan sesudah diajarkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe group investigation dan besar pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe group investigation terhadap keterampilan proses sains pada materi koloid siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 25 siswa kelas XI IPA 3 SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive Sampling. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-experimental dengan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah one-group pretest-postest. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu tes keterampilan proses sains, lembar observasi, rubrik penilaian keterampilan proses sains secara integratif dan LKS. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan keterampilan proses sains sebelum dan sesudah diajarkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe group investigation. Besarnya pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe group investigation terhadap peningkatan keterampilan proses sains siswa sebesar 37,5 % dengan nilai effect size 1,15 yang tergolong tinggi.

Abstract : The purpose of this research is to know difference of science process skills before and after being taught by using cooperative learning type group investigation and to know significance the effect of cooperative learning type group investigation on the science process skills for students XI science class in SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. The sample of the research is 25 student XI science 4 class SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak and use purposive sampling technique. The form of this research is pre-experimental with one-group pretest-posttest design. Instruments that used are science process skills test, observation paper, authentic assessment dan student work sheet. The result of data analysis using Wilcoxon test showed that there is difference of science process skills before and after being taught by using cooperative learning with investigation group type. The quantity of cooperative learning type group investigation application effect toward science process skills is 37.5% with effect size value 1.15 that is high ranked.
