PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA KARTUN TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENULIS KARANGAN NARASI PESERTA DIDIK KELAS III SD

Abstract


Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh penggunaan media kartun terhadap kemampuan menulis karangan narasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan eksperimen jenis eksperimen semu (quasy eksperiment), dengan desain eksperimen Non Equivalent Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IIIA(kelas kontrol) berjumlah 30 orang dan peserta didik kelas IIIB (kelas eksperimen) yang berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil analisis data diperoleh rata-rata post-test kelas kontrol adalah 68,24 dan rata-rata post-test kelas eksperimen adalah 72,30. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan teknik analisis varians atau anava  diperoleh  = 9,7 untuk db = 58 dan  = 5% diperoleh  = 4,02, yang berarti (9,7) > (4,02), maka Ha diterima. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan effect size (ES) diperoleh ES sebesar 0,49 (kriteria sedang). Hal ini berarti penggunaan media kartun memberikan pengaruh yang sedang terhadap kemampuan menulis karangan narasi peserta didik kelas III SDN 09 Singkawang Selatan.

Abstract: This study aims to determine whether there is influence of media use cartoons on the ability to write narrative essays. The method used a quasi-experimental type of experiment (quasy experiment), the experimental design Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The sample was grade IIIA learners (control group) were 30 and IIIB grade students (the experimental class) which amounts to 30 people. The results of the analysis of data obtained by the average post-test control group was 68.24 and the average post-test experimental class is 72.30. The results of hypothesis testing using analysis of variance or ANOVA techniques derived F_0 = 9.7 for db = 58 and α = 5% was obtained F_tabel = 4.02, which means F_0 (9.7)> F_tabel (4.02), then Ha is accepted . Based on the calculation of effect size (ES) obtained ES of 0.49 (criterion being). This means that the use of cartoon media influence is the ability to write a narrative essay third grade students of SDN 09 South Singkawang..
