利用奖励与惩罚来提高学生学习汉语的动机

Abstract


Abstract: The main purpose of this paper is to understand the students 'reactions to reward and punishment, research reward and punishment if the method can improve students' motivation to learn Chinese language and academic performance. Qualitative research methods using of describe methods. The study design included: questionnaire before and after the test teaching methods. According to the results of this study, student motivation can be divided into: learning to responsibility, to avoid punishment, rewarded and improve their own identity, get recognition from people aroung them. In addition, the findings in the teaching process is the use of reward and punishment approach helps to enhance students' motivation to learn Chinese, and improve academic performance, the effect is significant. And students are easily accepted methods of punishment and reward, the majority of students want to get good grades when there are rewards, nor exclude wrong to be punished at the time.

摘要:本文的主要目的是了解学生对奖励和惩罚的反应,研究奖励和惩罚的方法是否能提高学生学习汉语的动机和学习成绩。研究   方法是定性研究与描述方法。研究设计包括:调查问卷、前后测试   教学方法。根据本文研究的结果,学生的学习动机可分为:学习   为了责任、避免惩罚、获得奖励、提高自己的身份、得到情人的表扬。此外,研究结果是在教学过程中采用奖励与惩罚的方法有助于增强学生学习汉语的动机,提高学习成绩,效果显著。并且学生也易于接受奖励与惩罚的方法,大部分学生都希望在得到好成绩时有奖励,也不排斥在做错时要受到惩罚。
