PENGGUNAAN METODE EKSPERIMEN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS SISWA DALAM PELAJARAN IPA KELAS IV SDN 53 TAMPALAAS

Abstract

Abstrak: Penggunaan Metode Eksperimen dalam pembelajaran IPA untuk meningkatkan aktivitas siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 53 Tampalaas Landak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa  pada pelajaran IPA di Kelas IV SD Negeri 53 Tampalaas. Perencanaan pembelajaran IPA di Kelas IV SD Negeri 53 Tampalaas telah dilaksanakan dengan kategori baik sekali. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dibuktikan dengan adanya perubahan rata-rata pada siklus I dan siklus II, untuk siklus I perubahannya sebesar 0,48 sedangkan untuk siklus II perubahanya sebesar 0,26. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada lembar observasi rata-rata persentase siswa untuk aktivitas fisik mulai dari  siklus I 66,66% dan siklus II 90,47%. Selanjutnya untuk aktivitas mental pada siklus I 64,28% dan siklus II 82,13%. Dan untuk aktivitas emosional pada siklus I 60,70%, dan siklus II 100%. Hal ini berarti pembelajaran dengan metode eksperimen memberi pengaruh yang sangat besar terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa di kelas IV SDN 53 Tampalaas.

Abstract : The implementation of experimental method improves the activitles of fourth year students of SDN 53 Tampalaas in teaching learning science.

The Im of this research is to improve the activities of the fourth year students of SDN 53 Tampalaas in  Science. The lesson plan of science subject has been carried out succesfully. The practice is categorized as excellent. The research outcome can be proven by the average changes of cycle I and II. There are 0,48 changes in the first cycle and 0,26 in the second cycle. This can be seen in student’s observation sheet. The average of cycle I and 90,47% for cycle II. Next,the average of student’s percentage in physical activities is 64,28% in the first cycle and 82,13% in the second cycle. And in emotional activities,it is 60,70% in cycle I and 100% in cycle II. It means that the teaching learning proccess using experimental method influences greatly on the learning activities of the fourth year students of SDN 53 Tampalaas.
