PENGARUH MANAJEMEN KELAS TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATA PELAJARAN EKONOMI KELAS XI DI SMA NGARIMANAN SOMPAK.

Abstract


This student aims to determine the effect of classroom management on student learning outcomes in economics class XI iis at SMA NGARIMANAN SOMPAK. This study uses quantitative methods with two variables, namely class management (x) and student learning outcomes(Y). The date sources in this study were students of class XI iis SMA NGARIMANAN SOMPAK with a sample of 50 people. Data collection techniques used consisted of questionnaires and documentation. The data obtained from the respondents questionnaires were then tested for validity, reliability, analysis prerequisite test using normality test and linearity test, then hypothesis testing using simple regression analysis and test, from the regression results obtained equation Y=23, 101+ 0,840 X. Test the hypothesis with t test obtained t count 8.469 and t table 2.011 which means t count > table which means there is a positive and significant influence between the two variables and the acquisition of class management results on learning outcomes students is 0.115 and the amount of R2 ( square) is 0.13 or 13%. Therefore, there is an influence between classroom management on student learning outcomes in economics class XI iis at SMA NGARIMANAN SOMPAK.
