HUBUNGAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN MOTIVASI PIMPINAN PERGURUAN TINGGI KESEHATANDENGAN KINERJA DOSEN
Abstract
Abstrak.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan yang signifikan Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Motivasi Pimpinan Perguruan Tinggi Kesehatan dengan Kinerja Dosen. Penelitian ini berbentuk kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dengan menyebarkan angket terhadap 70 orang Dosen sebagai sampel.
Hasil analisis korelasi parsial disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional (X1) terhadap Kinerja Dosen Dalam Melaksanakan Administrasi Pembelajaran (Y), dengan koefisien korelasi 0,041. (2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Motivasi Pimpinan Perguruan Tinggi Kesehatan (X2) terhadap Kinerja Dosen Dalam Melaksanakan Administrasi Pembelajaran (Y), dengan koefisien korelasi 0,030.Selanjutnya kepemimpinan transformasional (X1) dan Motivasi Pimpinan Perguruan Tinggi Kesehatan (X2) secara bersama-sama memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Dosen Dalam Melaksanakan Administrasi Pembelajaran (Y), dengan koefisien korelasi R = 0,431 serta koefisien determinasi R2 = 0,185. Kontribusi kedua variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat sebesar 18,5 %.
Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi Pimpinan, Kinerja Dosen Dalam Melaksanakan Administrasi Pembelajaran.
Abstract. This study has formulation of problems to discover whether there is any significant relationship between transformational leadership and head of medical college motivation to the performance.This study is descriptive study with quantitative methods and using a correlation study design.Population in this study are the lecturers of medical college in Pontianak, by giving questionnairesto 70 lecturers as samples.
Results of the partial correlationanalysis conclude that (1) there is a significant relationship between transformational (X1) to the performance of Lecturer In implementing learning administration (Y), with a correlation coefficient is 0,041. (2) there is a significant relationship between The head of medical college motivation (X2) to The performance of Lecturer In implementingLearning Administration (Y), with a correlation coefficient is 0,030. Next transformational leadership (X1) and head of medical college motivation (X2) in the same time have a significant relationship to The performance of Lecturer In implementing Learning Administration (Y), with a correlation coefficient R = 0,431 and determination coefficient R2 = 0,185. Contribution of both free variables to bound variables is 18,5 percent.
