KEMAMPUAN GURU PADA PEMBELAJARAN AKUNTANSI DI MAS DARUL ULUM KUALA DUA KABUPATEN KUBU RAYA
Abstract
Abstract: This research to determine teacher’s skill to plan and carry out the planning of learning activities accounting in XI social class MAS Darul Ulum Kuala Dua Kabupaten Kubu Raya. The research method used is descriptive research methods and forms research is a case study. After the study was conducted, the researchers obtained the findings that the teacher’s skill to learning accounting in XI social class MAS Darul Ulum Kuala Dua Kabupaten Kubu Raya categorized very well with three observations. The first observation on average scored of IPKG 1 3,64 and average scored of IPKG 2 3,57, second observasi on average scored of IPKG 1 3,64 and average scored of IPKG 2 3,58, third observasi on average scored of IPKG 1 3,64 and average scored of IPKG 2 3,58 and the three of observations teacher in the learning of accounting XI social class MAS Darul Ulum Kuala Dua Kabupaten Kubu Raya can be categorized very well, but it is expected that teacher continually improve its skills to improve the quality of education.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan guru dalam merencanakan perencanaan dan melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran akuntansi di kelas XI IPS MAS Darul Ulum Kuala Dua Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dan bentuk penelitiannya adalah penelitian studi kasus. Setelah penelitian ini dilakukan, peneliti memperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa kemampuan guru pada pembelajaran akuntansi kelas XI IPS di MAS Darul Ulum Kuala Dua Kabupaten Kubu Raya dikategorikan sangat baik dengan tiga kali observasi. Observasi pertama pada IPKG 1 memperoleh skor rata – rata 3,64 dan IPKG 2 memperoleh skor rata – rata 3,57, observasi kedua pada IPKG 1 memperoleh skor rata – rata 3,64 dan IPKG 2 memperoleh skor rata – rata 3,58, observasi ketiga pada IPKG 1 memperoleh skor rata – rata 3,64 dan IPKG 2 memperoleh skor rata – rata 3,58, dan dari ketiga observasi tersebut guru pada pembelajaran akuntansi kelas XI IPS di MAS Darul Ulum Kuala Dua Kabupaten Kubu Raya dapat dikategorikan sangat baik, namun diharapkan guru tersebut senantiasa meningkatkan kemampuannya guna meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.
