PENGARUH KINERJA PENGURUS TERHADAP PENINGKATAN MOTIVASI ANGGOTA UNTUK MENABUNG PADA PRIMKOP POLDA KALBAR

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the management's performance toward the improvement of members' motivation to have a deposit in primkop polda kalbar. The methodology used in this research is descriptive - quantitative with correlation as its model. The samples of this research were 95 members of primkop polda kalbar. The result showed that the performance of the management in managing the coperation is good with 82,25%, the motivation of the members to have a deposit is good with 81,89% and there is a significance influence of the management's performance toward the improvement of members' motivation to have deposit as 39% while the rests are influences by other variables.

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja pengurus terhadap peningkatan motivasi anggota untuk menabung pada primkop polda kalbar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif – kuantitatif dengan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 95 anggota.Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kinerja pengurus dalam mengelola koperasi baik dengan persentase sebesar 82,25%, motivasi menabung yang dimiliki anggota baik dengan persentase 81,89% dan terdapat pengaruh signifikan kinerja pengurus terhadap peningkatan motivasi anggota untuk menabung sebesar 39% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.
