KORELASI ANTARA MOTIVASI ORANG TUA DENGAN HASIL BELAJAR PADA PENDIDIKAN KEWARGANEGARAAN DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi antara motivasi orang tua dengan hasil belajar siswa pada PKn kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 17 Pontianak Kota. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 36 orang tua siswa dan 36 siswa. Hasil dari analisis data yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa motivasi orang tua mencapai 85, 37% yang termasuk kategori baik. Untuk rata-rata hasil belajar siswa mencapai 84,63 yang termasuk kategori sangat baik. Dari perhitungan statistik yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa antara variabel X (motivasi orang tua) dan variabel Y (hasil belajar) bertanda positif dengan memperhatikan besarnya  yang diperoleh sebesar 0,63, maka korelasi tersebut termasuk kategori kuat. Keputusannya adalah Hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan Hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak, yang berarti terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara Motivasi Orang Tua dengan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 17 Pontianak Kota.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between parental motivation to the learning outcomes of students in fifth grade Civics Elementary School 17 Pontianak City. The method used is descriptive method. The samples used were 36 parents and 36 students. The results of the data analysis showed that parental motivation to reach 85, 37% were categorized as good. For the average student learning outcomes reached 84.63 which includes the excellent category. Of statistical calculations that have been done can be seen that the variable X (motivated parents) and Y variables (learning outcomes) is positive with regard to the r_xy obtained by 0.63, then the correlation is strong category. His decision is the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, which means that there is a significant correlation between motivation Parents with Student Results on Citizenship Education Elementary School Fifth Grade 17 Pontianak City.
