PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS BELAJAR SISWA DENGAN MODEL COOPERATIVE LEARNING TIPESTAD PADA PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA

Abstract


Peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa dengan model cooperative learning tipe STAD tentang menghitung volume prisma segitiga dalam pembelajaran matematika kelas VI SDN 34 Pontianak Kota. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa dengan model cooperative learning tipe STAD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif, sifat penelitian kualitatif dan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VI SDN 34 Pontianak Kota. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi langsung dan komunikasi tidak langsung.Alat pengumpul data adalah lembar observasi dan lembar penilaian. Analisis data menggunakan persentase. Data yang diperoleh dalam merencanakan pembelajaran dari siklus I sampai siklus IIyaitu rata-rata 2,47 (cukup) dan 3,77 (baik). Dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran siklus 1 sampai siklus IIyaitu rata-rata 2,57 (cukup) dan3,53 (sangat baik). Peningkatan aktivitas belajar dari siklus I sampai siklus II yaitu rata-rata 54,05% (sedang) dan 81,22% (sangat tinggi).Kesimpulan, Proses perencanaan dan pelaksanaan serta peningkatan aktivitas pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract: Improving students learning activities through cooperative learning method, STAD type, it is about calculating the volumn of triangle prism in math subject to sixth grade of SDN 34 Pontianak Kota. The purpose of this research is intended to improve students learning activities through cooperative learning method, STAD type. In this research, the reseacher uses descriptive method, the characteristic of this research is qualitative, and for form of the research is classroom action research. Subject of the research is sixth grade students of SDN 34 Pontianak Kota. The techniques of data analysis are direct observation and indirect communication, for the data analysis the researcher uses percentages. The data that has been obtained from the lesson plans about the average score of students achievement, it is start from first cycle until second cycle are 2,47 (good enough) and 3,77 (good). The average score when the learning process from first cycle until second cycle are 2,57 (good enough) and 3,53 (very good). The improvement of students achivement in learning activities from first cycle until second cycle are 54,05% (enough) and 81,22% (very good). In conclusion, the students have improvement based on the process of planning, acting, and improving students learning activities that has been done.
