STRATEGI GURU DALAM PENGEMBANGAN KREATIVITAS ANAK USIA 5-6 TAHUN PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID 19

Abstract


This study aims to describe the teacher's strategy in developing the
creativity of children aged 5-6 years in TK Pertiwi II Pontianak. The
method used is qualitative with a case study approach to classroom
teachers using direct communication techniques, interviews, and
documentation. The data sources for this study were 1 principal and 2
classroom teachers. The data were then analyzed using the Miles &
Huberman concept. The results showed that creativity learning was
carried out online for 2 meetings with the teacher planning, designing
learning tools and materials, implementing and evaluating children's
learning outcomes. The teacher designs the learning of children's
creativity with the conversation method, the demonstration method,
the project method, the method of making works of art, and the
method of giving assignments. Teachers carry out creativity learning
through online. The tools and materials used in this study included
textbooks, paper, pencils, colored pencils, crayon coloring, liquid
coloring, pictures to color, and picture cards for places of worship.
Learning is going well, it can be seen from the achievement of the
indicators set by the teacher. Researchers alsoprepare data collection
tools to expedite the research process.the data collection tools that
researchers used in this study were interview sheets and
documentation. Interviews are used to determine the extent of teacher
readiness in planning and implementing learning.
