Meningkatkan Pembelajaran Lompat Jauh Tanpa Awalan Melalui Metode Bermain Siswa Kelas 3 SDN 5 Tamang
Abstract
Abstrak: Permasalahan penelitian adalah apakah terdapat pengaruh kemampuan lompat jauh tanpa awalan dengan menggunakan alat bantu lompat tali pada siswa kelas 3SDN 05Tamang. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui bagaimanakah upaya meningkatkan kemampuan lompat jauh tanpa awalan denganbermain menggunakan alat bantu lompat tali pada siswa kelas 3 SDN 05 Tamang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 22 siswa, laki-laki 13 orang dan perempuan 9 orang.Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan tes dan pengukuran, yaitu tes dengan kisi-kisi instrumen pengukuran hasil belajar lompat jauh. Analisis data menggunakan rumus ketuntasan belajar dan prosentase.Hasil penelitian menunjukanpenguasaan materi secara klasikal, yaitu hasil belajar lompat jauh tanpa awalan dengan menggunakan alat bantu lompat tali.Peningkatan terjadi pada semua kegiatan.Hasil siklus 1 5,8 (Kurang). Peningkatan siklus 2 dengan nilai6,6 (Cukup) berarti siswa melakukan lompat jauh tanpa awalan dengan baik tetapi masih terdapat beberapa kesalahan dalam lompat jauh tanpa awalan.

Abstract : The problem is whether there are significant research capability without the leading long jump with a jump rope using tools on 05Tamang 3SDN graders. The purpose of the study was to determine how efforts to improve the long jump without the prefix denganbermain use tools to jump rope in grade 3 students of SDN 05 Tamang. The study was conducted with classroom action research. Subjects numbered 22 students, 13 men and 9 women orang.Teknik this study using test and measurement, the test grating instrument with measurement of learning outcomes long jump. Analysis of the data using the formula of mastery learning and research prosentase.Hasil menunjukanpenguasaan in classical material, which is the result of the long jump without prefix learning by using tools tali.Peningkatan jump occurs at all kegiatan.Hasil cycle 1 5.8 (Less). The increase in cycle 2 with nilai6, 6 (Fair) means the students do the long jump without prefix well but there are some errors in the long jump without a prefix.
