MENINGKATKAN PEMBELAJARAN LOMPAT TINGGI GAYA STRADLLE MODIFIKASI BERMAIN LOMPAT TALI SDN 06 SEMAYANG

Abstract


Abstrak: Permasalahan dibahas adalah pengaruh lompat tinggi gaya stradlle dengan
mengunakan alat modifikasi bermain menggunakan alat bantu lompat tali pada siswa
kelas V SDN 06 Semayang. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana upaya
meningkatkan kemampuan lompat tinggi gaya stradlle. Metode Penelitian deskriptif
kuantitatif menggunakan teknik persentase, desain penelitian Peneltian Tindakan Kelas.
Subjek penelitian siswa kelas V berjumlah 32 orang. Teknik penelitian menggunakan
tes dan pengukuran, yaitu tes dengan kisi-kisi instrumen pengukuran hasil belajar
lompat tinggi. Analisis data menggunakan rumus ketuntasan belajar dan prosentase.
Hasil penilaian siklus 1: 46,88%, siklus 2 meningkat 75%. Data dapat disimpulkan
bahwa hasil penilaian melampaui kreteria ketuntasan secara klasikal 75%, maka tidak
ada lagi tindakan lanjutan dan penelitian dinyatakan berhasil dengan kreteria baik.
Terjadi peningkatan cukup signifikan pada siswa setelah diberi pembelajaran lompat
tinggi dengan modifikasi bermain lompat tali SDN 06 Semayang telah tercapai.
Kata Kunci: Modifikasi, Media pembelajaran, Gaya stradlle.
Abstract: The problem addressed is the influence of the high jump style stradlle using
the tool modification using tools playing jump rope on fifth grade students of SDN 06
Semayang. The study aims to find out how to increase the skills stradlle style high
jump. Descriptive quantitative research methods using techniques percentage, Class
Actions The research study design. Fifth grade students study subjects numbered 32
people. Research techniques using test and measurement, ie a test with the grating
instruments measuring the outcomes of learning the high jump. Analysis of data using
formulas and percentages of mastery learning. 1 cycle assessment results: 46.88%, cycle
2 increased 75%. Data can be concluded that the results of the assessment criteria of
completeness in classical exceed 75%, then no further action and research declared
successful with both criteria. An increase significantly in the students after learning
given the high jump with a jump rope modification SDN 06 Semayang has been
reached.
