PEMANFAATAN BMC DALAM PEMASARAN JASA PERUSAHAAN START UP KREASI PUTRA HOTAMADI KUBU RAYA
Abstract
This research was conducted at the Star-Up company PT. Putra Hotama’s creations in Kubu Raya. This study aims to determine the Utilization of the Business Model Canvas in Service marketing at start Up Companies PT. Putra Hotama’s creations in Kubu Raya. This research approach used is qualitative research with a case study type. The data sources in this study were informants consisting of 5 people. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research show that PT. Putra Hotama’s Creations use the Business Model Canvas according to their respective functions in the 9 BMC blocks. In the use of BMC by companies in marketing services received by service users, it shows that Value Proportion can be oriented to customers, can provide quality and convenience of services, while relationships with customers are carried out very well, namely companies are able retain consumers so that consumers more and more interested in using the services of at Start Up company PT. Putra Hotama’s creations in Kubu Raya, BMC’s ability in marketing services is considered capable of providing good results for Start Up companies, namely getting an overwiew of marketing both externally and internally and BMC is considered very effective but not fully capable of being assessed as efficient for the company.
