KOSAKATA MAKANAN TRADISIONAL MELAYU SAMBAS

Abstract


Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kosakata makanan tradisional Melayu Sambas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah tuturan BMDS (Bahasa Melayu dialek Sambas) yang dituturkan oleh penutur asli masyarakat desa Mekar Sekuntum, desa Trimandayan, dan desa Semata. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah kata-kata yang mengandung kosakata dalam makanan tradisional Melayu Sambas berupa bahan, alat, cara membuat, bentuk, warna dan hasil. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik simak dan cakap yang memiliki teknik dasar berupa pemancingan terhadap narasumber yang merupakan penutur asli BMDS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang ada, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam BMDS terdapat 33 kosakata makanan tradisional berupa bahan, 19 kosakata makanan tradisonal berupa alat, 9 kosakata makanan tradisional berupa cara membuat, 11 kosakata makanan tradisional berupa bentuk, 12 kosakata makanan tradisional berupa warna dan 35 hasil kosakata makanan tradisional Melayu Sambas.

Abstract: This research aims to descripsion vocabulary in Malay Sambas traditional food. The methods this research used is descriptive method in the form of qualitative research. Data resources in this research is native language BMDS (Sambas Malay a dialect) by native speakers of Mekar Sekuntum Village, Trimandayan village, and Semata village. Data in this research is words containing vocabulary in Malay Sambas traditional food. Such as material, tool, manner of making, form, color, and results. The techniques used is this research are listening and speaking techniques basic form of fishing grounds against speakers BMDS. Based on the data the analysis can be deduced in BMDS there are 33 vocabularies such as materials, 19 vocabularies such as tools, 9 vocabularies such as manner of making, 11 vocabularies such as form, 12 vocabularies such as colors and 35 vocabularies of the Malay Sambas traditional food.
