SURVEY KEMAMPUAN GERAK DASAR PADA SISWA-SISWI KELAS V SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI 7 SUNGAI KAKAP KABUPATEN KUBU RAYA
Abstract
ABSTRAK : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan gerak
dasar pada siswa-siswi kelas V di SD Negeri 7 Sungai Kakap Kabupaten Kubu
Raya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif yang melibatkan satu
variabel yaitu kemampuan gerak dasar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah
siswa-siswi kelas V di SD Negeri 7 Sungai Kakap Kabupaten Kubu Raya yang
berjumlah 30 siswa, pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling,
dengan jumlah 30 siswa. Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan survei tes langsung,
yaitu tes dengan kisi-kisi instrumen pengukuran kemampuan gerak dasar. Analisis
data menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan
kemampuan gerak dasar kategori cukup dimana : (1) Kemampuan Tes Lempar
Tangkap Bola Jarak 1 Meter ke tembok rata-rata sebesar 53,33%. (2)
Kemampuan Tes Lari Cepat 30 Meter dalam kelompok baik dengan rata-rata
sebesar 43,33%. (3) Kemampuan Tes standing long jump tergolong dalam
kelompok baik dengan rata-rata sebesar 53,33%. (4) Kemampuan Keseimbangan
(tes stork stand) tergolong dalam kelompok baik dengan rata-rata sebesar 43,33%.
(5) Kemampuan Tes Kelincahan tergolong dalam kelompok baik dengan rata-rata
sebesar 40%.

ABSTRACT : The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of the basic
motion on the students of class V at 7 River Elementary School snapper Kubu
Raya district. The study was conducted with descriptive methods involving one
variable, namely the basic motion capabilities. The population in this study were
students of class V at 7 River Elementary School snapper Kubu Raya district,
amounting to 30 students, a total sampling using sampling methods, the number of
30 students. This study uses a survey technique is a direct test, a test with
measurement instruments lattice basic motor skills. Data analysis using
descriptive percentages. The results of this study demonstrate basic motor skills
enough categories in which : ( 1 ) Ability Test Catch Ball Throw Distance 1 Meter
to the wall by an average of 53.33 % . ( 2 ) Ability Test Meter Run Fast 30 in both
groups with an average of 43.33 % . ( 3 ) The ability of the standing long jump
test is classified in both groups with an average of 53.33 % . ( 4 ) The ability to
balance ( stork stand test ) both belong to the group with an average of 43.33 % .
( 5 ) Ability Tests Agility classified in either group with an average of 40 %.
