ANALISIS TEKNIK LOMPAT JAUH PADA MAHASISWA KEPELATIHAN OLAHRAGA

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the motion of the jumping technique. This research is a quantitative descriptive research using survey method. The sample in this study amounted to 11 students of sports coaching education. The data analysis technique used the kinovea software. The results of kinovea's research, the average amortization angle phase is 141° and the difference between male and male students' benchmarks is 5° the average female and female students' benchmarks are 146° the difference is 12°, the average alignment phase angle is 166° and the difference between male and male students' benchmarks is 6° on average. the average benchmark for female and female students is 170° the difference of 9° phase angle of the average leg swing is 62° and the difference between the benchmark male and male students is 7° the average benchmark for female and female students is 60° the difference is 10°, the average drift angle phase is 168° and the difference male benchmarks with male students 25° the average female and female students benchmarks 174° difference 11.
