PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA KARTU BILANGAN DI KELAS IV

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk  memperbaiki kelemahan  guru dalam pembelajaran dan nilai hasil belajar peserta didik dengan menggunakan kartu bilangan pada pembelajaran Matematika tentang mengurutkan bilangan bulat positif dan negatif. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif yang bersifat kolaboratif yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan peserta didik kelas IV SDN 7 Sungai Pinyuh. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data skor kemampuan guru merencanakan pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran, dan nilai hasil belajar siswa. Teknik pengumpul data adalah teknik observasi langsung dan teknik pengukuran. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dan tes tertulis kemampuan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh setelah dilakukan penelitian tindakan ini berupa skor kemampuan guru merencanakan pembelajaran pada siklus I adalah 3,37. Pada siklus II adalah 3,53. Skor kemampuan guru melaksanakan pembelajaran pada siklus I adalah 3,65. Pada siklus II adalah 3,69. Selain itu nilai  hasil belajar peserta didik pada siklus I adalah 66,82, pada siklus II adalah 72,09. Ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan media kartu bilangan dalam pembelajaran Matematika  dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN 7 Sungai Pinyuh.

Abstract : These research aims are to make improvement the teachers’ weakness in learning and learning achivement grade of students to use the number cards on the Math learning about putting the positive and negative even numbers in succession. This research is classroom action research using collaborative-descriptive method are carried out in the two cycles. The subject of the research are  teacher as a researcher and grade IV students of SDN 7 Sungai Pinyuh.  The collected data are about the teacher’s ability in planning the learning process, implementing the learning process, and scoring student learning outcomes.  The techniques of collecting data were direct observation and measurement technique. The data collection tools were observation sheets and writing tests of students’ ability. The research outcomes that found after carrying out classroom action research in the form of  the score of the teacher’s ability to plan learning in the first cycle is 3,37. In the  second cycle , the score is 3,53. The score of teacher’s ability in implementing learning process in the first cycle is 3,65.   In the  second cycle, the score is 3,69.On the other hand, score of students learning outcomes in the first cycle is 66,82. In the second cycle, the score is 72,09. The data is increased about 5,27. It proves that applying the number of card tool in Mathematics lesson can improve student learning outcomes at the fourth grade of SDN 7 Sungai Pinyuh.
