Abstract


The purpose of this study was to identify teachers, teachers and educators in online learning during the outbreak in children aged 5-6 years at Hang Tuah Kindergarten Pontianak. The method used is qualitative. Methods of data collection using interview methods and paper instruments. Data collection tools include handouts and interview materials. methods of data analysis, data reduction, data presentation; Conclusion and support Triangular data support test This study found that the role of teachers and teachers in schools is not very motivating for online learning. Educators are developing educational programs that include online learning in preschools. Online learning is nothing new. They use online learning to educate children, assign assignments and break barriers. Meanwhile, you can watch the teacher explain how to study online when the internet is open. Education is an effort to improve and develop human qualities, both physically and mentally. Both require training, mentoring, and ideological leadership. Education is the process of changing the way of thinking and behavior of individuals or groups of individuals for personal development through education and training. Given this definition, there are those who think that education is a responsibility because total education requires teaching and teaching is everyone's responsibility. Simply put, mentoring is a process that provides a formal pathway for students to master the subject matter.
