PENGARUH MODEL PICTURE AND PICTURE TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR ILMU PENGETAHUAN SOSIAL KELAS III SD

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh dari penerapan model picture and picture terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial  kelas III Sekolah Dasar Negeri 03 Pontianak Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pretest-posttest Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III C yang berjumlah 34 orang dan kelas III D yang berjumlah 34 orang. Hasil analisis data, diperoleh rata–rata post-test pada kelas ekperimen diperoleh sebesar 77,85 sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 74,17. Hasil perhitungan effect size data hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol diperoleh sebesar diklasifikasikan dalam kategori sedang, yang berarti bahwa penerapan model picture and picture memberikan pengaruh yang sedang terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial kelas III Sekolah Dasar Negeri 03 Pontianak Selatan.

Abstract: This research aims to analyze how big the effect of the application model picture and picture to the results of social studies three grade student public elementary school south 03 Pontianak . The research method that used is a quasy-experiment with the research design is Pretest-posttest Control Group Design. The sample is a class III C student which totaled 34 people and class III D totaled 34 people. The results of data analysis, average posttest on the experimental class obtained is 77,85 while the control class is 74,17. The results of effect size calculation of data student learning result control class and  experiments class of  obtained 0,3 classified in middle category, which shall mean that the application model picture and picture provide middle effect on the learning outcomes of students the three social studies learning in grade public elementary school south 03 Pontianak.
