PENGARUH MINAT, SELF CONFIDENCE DAN SELF EFFICACY TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR KOMPETENSI PEMASARAN SISWA SMKS
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui minat belajar, self confidence, self efficacy dan prestasi belajar siswa apakah berpengaruh pada mata pelajaran kompetensi pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan bentuk penelitian adalah survey. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan (secara parsial) Minat Belajar terhadap Prestasi Belajar siswa kelas X jurusan pemasaran pada mata pelajaran Kompetensi Pemasaran di SMK Santa Monika Kubu Raya sebesar 19,98%, (2) Self Confidence terhadap Prestasi Belajar siswa (secara parsial) pada mata pelajaran Kompetensi Pemasaran di SMK Santa Monika Kubu Raya sebesar 11,63%, (3) Self Efficacy terhadap Prestasi Belajar siswa (secara parsial) pada mata pelajaran Kompetensi Pemasaran di SMK Santa Monika Kubu Raya sebesar 13,76%, (4) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Minat, Self Confidence dan Self Efficacy secara simultan terhadap Prestasi Belajar siswa kelas X jurusan pemasaran pada mata pelajaran Kompetensi Pemasaran di SMK Santa Monika Kubu Raya sebesar 39,6% sedangkan sisanya 60,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

The variable in this research is interest learn, self confidence, self efficacy and learning achievement student in marketing competence subject. Method used is quantitative method and research form is survey. This research result indicate that there are (1) Influence that is positive and significant interest to learning achievement X class student marketing major in Marketing Competence subject in SMK Santa Monika Kubu Raya that implied with a contribution 19,98%, (2) Self Confidence to learning achievement student in Marketing Competence subject in SMK Santa Monika Kubu Raya that implied with a contribution 11,63%, (3) Self Efficacy to learning achievement student in Marketing Competence subject in SMK Santa Monika Kubu Raya that implied with contribution 13,76%, there are influence that is significant Minat, Self Confidence and Self Efficacy by together to learning achievement X class student marketing major in Marketing Competence subject in SMK Santa Monika Kubu Raya that implied by subject contribution 39,6% while the rest 60,4% influenced by different factors that not scanned in this research.
