HUBUNGAN DAYA LEDAK OTOT TUNGKAI DAN KELENTUKAN TOGOK DENGAN KETEPATAN SMASH

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the explosive power of the leg muscles and the flexibility of the togok to the smash accuracy of the volleyball club NN athletes in Pontianak. The research method in this study is a quantitative method of correlational type. The location of this research was carried out in the Club NN field on Jalan Uray Bawadi with a research sample of 20 athletes. Data collection techniques carried out in the study were observation, measurement and tests, and documentation. The results of this study are: (1) The explosive power of the leg muscles has a significant positive relationship to the accuracy of the NN Pontianak club athlete smash, because the results of correlation analysis are obtained with a correlation coefficient of 0.532 (medium category) with a relationship contribution of 28%. (2) The flexibility of the togok variable has a significant positive relationship with the accuracy of the NN Pontianak club athlete smash, because the results of the correlation analysis with a correlation coefficient of 0.492 (medium category) contribute to the relationship of 24%. (3) Variables of limb muscle explosive power and togok flexibility together (simultaneously) have a relationship or correlation with the accuracy of the Pontianak NN club athlete smash because the results of the correlation analysis obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.680 (medium category) and the contribution given was 47%.
