ANALISI PROGRAM PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INGGRIS DI TK KRISTEN IMMANUEL PONTIANAK SELATAN

Abstract


This study aims to describe the English language learning program at the Immanuel Christian Kindergarten in Pontianak. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The subjects in the study were the head of the kindergarten and the class teacher at the Immanuel Christian Kindergarten in Pontianak. Data collection techniques used in the study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the purpose of the language learning program in kindergarten was only as an introduction to basic vocabulary and vocabulary in children. Planning is carried out in learning using structured and planned guidelines by preparing everything by developing curriculum, namely through the implementation planning process starting from the annual program, semester program, weekly plan, and daily plan. The implementation is carried out in a fun way with various media, and methods such as songs, stories, asking questions and playing games. While the evaluation is done by direct observation in the field.
